At Prettybird Boutique we’re all about creating new trends and styles. An online store with a motto that is dedicated to helping our customers look good and stylish without breaking the bank. We want you to feel beautiful, sexy and confident in your own skin. No matter the occasion, the place or event we’ve got our birdies covered.
The brand was established in 2018 by Founder, Designer, creative director and entrepreneur, Lauren Small also known as Prettybird. Her passion has always lied in fashion and business, and now, three years down the line she has built a foundation that was made of determination, focus, her love for clothing, style, fashion, art, customers, community and life in general.
With fresh ideas and the outrageous use of creative imagination, anything is possible when you’re wearing Prettybird Boutique. Our in-house designs are Edgy and Chic and are inspired by having an edgy sense of style and "thinking outside of the box" where "Creativity Meets Artistic Ability”. We are a 100% locally designed, produced and manufactured brand that believes fashion is a way of Artistic expression. Fashion is a way of Artistic expression, so, with these elements together we create new trends of fashion.

Can I exchange my order?
We currently do not offer exchanges for customers. If you would like an exchange, we highly recommend notifying our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your item, return the item back and you'll receive a store credit once the unwanted item is in our possession.
When we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process the return within 14 business days. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order?
We’re very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel it.
How long will my item take to be delivered?
Because we are an inhouse brand and we design, produce and manufacture our clothing ourselves we base our orders on a made to order system. Once your order is processed (this may take 24hrs) we then start the production process which will take 5 working days depending on the demand. Our delivery process can take any time between 3-5 working days added depending on the delivery option the customer has chosen (Aramex, Paxi or self-pick up. Because we are so committed to delivering quality, one-of-a-kind items to our customers, the process may take longer but it’s so worth it!
